Practice areas
Eight practices, built around one client picture
Estate planning, elder law and Medicaid, probate and estate litigation, foreclosure and reverse mortgages, bankruptcy and debt, real estate, and business succession.
The eight practices
A house, a trust, a Medicaid application, a mortgage default and a probate file are usually the same problem viewed from different desks. The firm works across all of them so a fix in one place does not create a failure in another.
Estate Planning
Wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, health care proxies, trust funding, tax planning and special needs trusts.

Most people arrive with a situation, not a practice area. Pick the one that sounds closest to yours.
Also handled
Four further practices sit alongside the eight above. They are not in the navigation menus, which are already full, but each has a full page and the firm takes the work.
What the firm no longer handles
Earlier versions of this website advertised a broader list still. The firm no longer takes criminal defense, DWI and drug charges, personal injury, or general civil litigation.
If you are looking for help in an area not listed anywhere on this page, call and the firm will tell you plainly whether it can assist or point you toward a referral. That is a better answer than a page of stale copy.
Talk through your situation with a lawyer
The initial phone consultation is free and confidential. Have your documents to hand and we will tell you what your realistic options look like — including the option of doing nothing yet.
